How do I arrange a removal quotation?

The easiest way to receive a free no obligation removals quote is to use our handy domestic quote, or commercial quote forms. Alternatively, call 0191 413 9830 and a friendly member of our removals team will discuss your options. It is likely one of our move managers will need to visit the property to finalise the requirements and quote.

Do you do you undertake all services nationwide?

We do, however please take into consideration travel and stopover requirements for jobs far away from our base in Ryton, Tyne & Wear.

What's the shortest amount of time I can keep an item in storage?

Our minimum terms are four weeks, after this initial period you can store by the week for as long as you require. All we ask for are seven days’ notice when you want to leave.

How can you ensure my belongings will be safe?

As removal specialists, our teams are thoroughly trained on how to safely pack and handle just about any item. We are committed to exceeding your expectations through all stages of the move.

Are you able to advise us on the easiest way of undertaking the whole property move?

We’d be delighted to help. Over 30 years we’ve encountered every issue imaginable. We understand the stresses of moving and promise to make the experience as stress-free and as efficient as possible! Our quotations are free and completely flexible. If required we can pack, disassemble, transport and reset room-for-room, or simply provide the transport for removal. We can also advise on specialist item packing an transit, as well as techniques and practices for the move as a whole.

Are there any items you cannot take into storage?

We are unable to store any hazardous or combustible items, nor can we store anything living or perishable. For items with fuel or oil, such as machinery, these will need to be drained before we can safely store them for you.

Should I get a quote before I am ready to move?

We definitely recommended it, even if the move isn’t finalised yet. Having an estimate of your removal costs in advance allows you to budget properly and make all the necessary arrangements. It’s also another box ticked on your checklist!

When is the best time to move home?

We are typically busiest during school holidays and at the end each month. When booking a removal date, it will always be easiest to find a date at the start of the week, and during school term time. We will however always try our best to schedule around your needs.

Can you work around property access issues?

We will always try our utmost to satisfy every situation. For your current property, we will discuss any access issues in person during the initial consultation. For your new home, please let us know in advance of any access issues you are aware of; such as steps or narrow roads or driveway, gate and height restrictions, and we will work to plan around this.

What are 'white glove cooperation services'?

More than just delivery, our white glove services can be customised from start to finish. Can I hire storage crates separately?
