The Housing Advice Centre is the Council’s homelessness and housing advice service. Homelessness Prevention Officers (HPOs) aim to prevent homelessness for anyone from Newcastle who has a housing problem, and to deal with all homeless applications by helping people to gain access to suitable independent housing. G S Transport works closely with Newcastle housing advice centre to quickly and efficiently complete your hospital discharge and return you to safe accommodation – be it your home, or council arranged.
