When should I start planning my removal?
As soon as you have confirmed the transfer of the keys to your new property, call 0191 413 9830 – we will quickly assess your requirements and establish a time scale, costs and any other special requirements involved.
Can I change my removal date once agreed?
Once you have received your removals quotation, we will call you to discuss final arrangements and confirm your moving time and date. At this current time we are not requiring a deposit to secure booking.
Can I move at the weekend?
Absolutely, we always try our best to cater to our customers every need. We are able to carry out your removal at any time that is convenient to you, however non business days and times may carry a premium to reflect the extra cost of staff.
Do you do piano removals?

How much notice do you typically require?
Home and office removals are usually booked between 7 – 14 days before the expected move takes place. Please always try to give as much notice as possible. Do not fully book your removal services until you are sure everything is in place with the sale and purchase of your house, as while we try our utmost to cater for every situation, charges may apply for an impromptu cancellation.
Can I do my own packing?
Of course. We do also offer, partial, full and assisted packing services if required. Environmentally friendly packaging can also be supplied.
What time will the van(s) arrive
This will always be clarified by phone, however, our teams start work between six and eight o’clock in the morning. We aim to be at your address between 8:30am and 9:00am in the morning. If you are moving long distance this may need to be earlier. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, we can sometimes be delayed – however we will always communicate this, and we will always arrive.
