Designed to connect businesses and organisations with surplus, or no longer required, digital equipment to organisations that can distribute the equipment to people who have no access to a digital device. Furbdit IT donation was developed via the Digital Development Partnership during the first Covid lockdown to do something useful to tackle digital exclusion in Middlesbrough.
G.S. Transport Ltd were contacted by Sovereign Supply Chains in Middlesbrough to help collect, pack and transport a huge collection of IT devices donated by Gateshead College to their distribution warehouse in Middlesbrough.
